Our kombucha is made the old fashioned way. Natural fermentation at it’s finest.
Organic sencha green tea is gently steeped, before mixing with organic cane sugar, filtered water and a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast).
We then wait…
During fermentation, the organic cane sugar is consumed by yeast and converted into all the good stuff: organic acids and probiotic bacteria. Crucially, the sugar is mostly brewed out once the yeast have gobbled it up.
The result? A delicious, naturally fermented kombucha drink that’s super low sugar, low calorie, high in gut health benefits and is completely alcohol free. We then add Vitamin C for a extra immune boost. Winning.
