Because our software, forums, contests, promotions and other products and services (collectively, the “Service”) is global, information about you that we collect or that you submit may be transferred to, processed in, and held in countries (including the United States) other than the one in which you reside. (e) the date you registered to become a member of, and last logged into, the Service.

Our Commitment To Childrens' Privacy
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, Fix8 does not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information or non-personally-identifiable information on the Site from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of our Site is directed to persons under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access the Site at any time or in any manner. If Fix8 learns that personally identifiable information of persons under 13 years of age has been collected on the Site without verified parental consent, then Fix8 will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.

Invitations and Messages
If you invite another person to join the Service, we will ask for that person’s name and email address. We use this information to contact and, if necessary, remind that person that he or she has been invited to join the Service. and (5) if Fix8 is acquired by or merged with another entity (in which case we will require such entity to assume our obligations under this Privacy Policy).

Your use of areas of the Service that are intended for interaction with other users may reveal your user name and may allow you to publish certain personal information about you. The Service provides tools for you to control your profile and other personal information. You can edit your profile and other information at any time through the Fix8.com website. At any time, you can terminate your account which will remove your profile and other personal information from view.

We use industry standard security measures, including encryption technology, to protect your information so that it is not made available to unauthorized parties. Information that you have provided is available only to groups where you have accepted an invitation to join, or groups you have started yourself. Changes
From time to time, Fix8 may change this Privacy Policy. Fix8 will post notice of any such change on the Site. You should visit the Site periodically to review any such changes because continued use of the Service following such notice shall indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance thereof. However, if we make any change that allows us to use your Personal Information in any materially different manner than we were permitted under the Privacy Policy in effect at the time you submitted such Personal Information, we will obtain your consent before making such materially different use.
